Call Logging and Telesales Management
Allows a sales manager to manage an unlimited number of telesales
staff.
You can set up tasks for any member of staff using the reminder
list. A typical task would be a phone call to a list of prospects.
Simply click on the phone, the system takes you through a
series of screens using the Phone Out Wizard. It handles incoming
calls either from the office screen or by using a link between
your phone system and the computer (you must have a TAPI compatible
phone system). This means Virtual Office can display the contact
who is phoning you before you even pick up the phone, and
more importantly it builds a complete English paragraph summarising
the key points of your conversation with them. This saves
a great deal of time and subsequently increases the number
of calls the telesales people can make in a day.
Enables further development of the screens by dealers or
end-users.
